We partner with you to offer Nova to your guests before check-in. You share the link or include it in your pre-arrival messaging. When a guest places an order, we stock the home before they walk in. No extra work on your end.
Nothing. Nova is free for partners. The guest pays for their order — groceries, delivery, and service included in one price. You just offer it as a perk.
Guests walk through a simple form on our site — they pick what they want, specify brands and quantities, and submit. We send them a quote within 24 hours with a summary and a link to pay.
We're currently serving Newport Beach and surrounding coastal Southern California. Expanding soon — reach out if you'd like to be first in a new area.
We coordinate access with you — smart locks, lockboxes, or whatever system you already use. We work around your cleaning schedule and check-in windows so everything is seamless.
Every order includes allergy information and substitution preferences upfront. Guests set their rules before they start building their list, and we honor them on every item.
We can set up visibility for you if you'd like. Some partners prefer to stay hands-off, others want a heads-up. We'll work with whatever you prefer.
